Jitterbug Club Rules

Rules

1. Membership in our Ruby’s Diner Jitterbug Club Platinum program is open to all residents of the U.S. who are 55 years of age or older.

2. To enroll, you must provide your personal information as requested in the application.

3. The Jitterbug Club Platinum card must be present with member at time of purchase to receive member rewards, or the phone number of the registered guest can be used, if entered on the initial application.

4. Ruby’s Diner may cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the Ruby’s Diner Jitterbug Club Platinum program at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

5. In case of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these rules, we reserve the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action. This includes the termination of Ruby’s Diner Jitterbug Club Platinum Program participation.

6. By entering your mailing address and/or email address on the registration form, you agree to receive marketing information from Ruby's Diner. You may request to be removed in updating your account information by requesting a registration form in any participating Ruby’s Diner. It may take up to 8 weeks to process changes.

7. Your enrollment information is confidential and will be used exclusively by Ruby’s Diner to present rewards to you. Jitterbug Club Platinum member information will not be sold, or rented, to any other company, or 3rd party not affiliated with Ruby’s Diner. We reserve the right to share this information with 3rd party companies for special co-promotions in conjunction with Ruby’s Diner.

8. Employees of Ruby’s Diner are ineligible.

9. Participation in Jitterbug Club Platinum program may vary by Ruby’s Diner location.

10. Participants are responsible for updating account information by requesting a registration form in any participating Ruby’s Diner. It may take up to 8 weeks to process changes.

11. Ruby’s Diner is not responsible for correspondence of rewards which are lost, delayed or misdirected in email, mail or otherwise during transit.

12. Participation in the Jitterbug Club Platinum Program is void if prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which the prospective participant resides.

13. Only the Ruby’s Diner Jitterbug Club Platinum cardholder that pays the check may receive the discount or special rewards.

14. Ruby’s Diner Jitterbug Club Platinum Cards have no cash value.

15. Ruby’s Diner Jitterbug Club Platinum cards are non-transferable to another member's account. Corporate accounts are not eligible for the Ruby’s Diner Jitterbug Club Platinum Program as only individuals are eligible.

16. If you do not use your Ruby’s Diner Jitterbug Club Platinum Card for more than two years, your account may be closed.

17. If you experience difficulties in registering on-line we will be happy to assist you at any of our restaurant locations, on your next visit. If you are more comfortable, feel free to fill-out a handwritten registration form at any of our restaurants. Our staff can assist you with your application on-site, as well as issue your Jitterbug card immediately.

18. We’re sorry, but we can only issue one Ruby’s Jitterbug Club per email address. If you need an additional card, please fill out the hand-written registration form on your next visit and we will be happy to register a second member.
